BIO

Aly Vance is an experienced and versatile sports broadcaster, presenter, and event host, known for her work across major networks including CNN, BBC, Sky Sports, BT Sport, and Channel 4.

A former international athlete, Aly represented Great Britain in Modern Pentathlon and was part of the GB Olympic training squad ahead of Beijing 2008. Aly brings a unique athlete’s perspective to her broadcasting.

After graduating from Oxford University, she began her career with BBC Wales. Her work soon expanded to BBC News, Radio 5Live, and Olympic coverage for London 2012 (BBC), and Rio 2016 and Tokyo 2020 (OBS).

Aly’s on-screen career spans a wide range of sports—from triathlon and sailing to equestrian and horse racing. In 2016, she joined CNN International to present Winning Post, their global horse racing magazine show, and has fronted their equestrian coverage of the Global Champions Series, reporting from cities including Monaco, Paris, Shanghai, and Doha.

In addition to broadcasting, Aly is a seasoned live event host, regularly presenting at premier racing festivals such as Royal Ascot, Cheltenham Festival, the Investec Derby, and the Qatar Goodwood Festival. She is also a regular host for international events and award ceremonies across the Middle East.

Aly is available for TV presenting and reporting, event hosting, voiceover work, digital content creation, and corporate engagements.
